salam n hi to all
it 9am n i'm in my office feeling sleeping n cold.. it was raining yesterday so the climate is cooler than usual.. so this add up to my sleepiness.. let me tell you the story..
yesterday, my dept decided to organise hari raya open house cum farewell for a colleague of mine who's leaving on 9 oct 08.. so we were busy deciding what's the menu going to be.. it's going to be sate with laksa or soto or fried meehoon.. the side dishes will be kuih raya that each and everyone will bring.. so there i was thinking what am i going to bring??? yes i did cookies n the best part is 2 types of cookies has finished.. left with 3 types that is not much anymore.. was thinking since i can't bring the cookies why don't i bake a cake.. was thinking of choc cakes or cuppies.. discuss it with sis and we decided to do cuppies.. so yesterday, i took the train to KER.. sis fetch me n we went 2 tmc.. couldn't find the shoufle.. called suanson to check what time they closed n luckily they closed at 7pm.. we reached chow kit at 6.30pm, just in time.. reached back home at almost 7pm.. just nice for me to breakfast..had some light food, took my shower, pray..
at about 8pm, sis, bro n me went to giant.. need to buy butter n self raising flour.. no stock for self raising flour at giant.. so we went to tesco.. n again there is no stock!!! by then it was 10pm.. most of the shop are closed.. we try our luck by going to 7E - no, groceries shop at nirwana - closed, UO - closed n the last 1 was at hero.. alhamdulillah, they had stock for self raising flour.. reached back home at 10.30pm.. had my dinner and start baking the cuppies.. it finish at 1++... icing is done yet as we were sleepy by then.. clean n clear everything n went to bed.. the icing will be done today after work.. thanks to my dear sis for helping out eventhough i know she was tired.. thanks a lot sis.. love ya!!!

leaving on a jet plane..
leaving on a jet plane.. don't know when i will be back again...
this will be the song that MD will sing to me soon.. MD has made up her mind.. she will be leaving malaysia soon.. going for a better future and life.. as we were talking today, she was saying no more calls in the morning n evening.. smses at odd hours.. going for show, lepaking in starbucks.. Ya Allah, i will surely miss her.. known her since i was 13 n was close to her since then.. we were close in our own way when we were schooling.. and became closer after high school.. eventhough i was in johor for 4 and half year doesn't put a gap to our friendship.. she will be the first one that i will look for everytime i'm back in kl.. we did a lot of things together.. sometimes people will not think of it but we will do it.. basically we can talk about everything n share our feelings.. so no more holidays trip.. unless i have enough money to visit her and when she come back to kl.. gosh, who will i sms when i feel like talking to someone at any time of the day??? u know, basically we had been for each other for everything.. name it and will be there..
i will surely miss her and as i was saying to her, u go ahead first.. settle down and then help me to get a job there and i will join u there.. but no matter how far apart we are, we will always be in each other heart always.. all those memories will always remain in my heart.. our trip to pulau sibu, pulau redang, gua musang, genting, penang, going for shows - juara lagu, oiam, anuar zain, faizal tahir, noryn aziz, atilia.. lepaking at starbuck recalling back all the memories.. having pepperoni pizza and bread and butter pudding at alexis.. lots and lots more of memories...

Ramadhan & Syawal
Salam n hi to all....
Ramadhan has just left us and Syawal has taken place for 6 days... During Ramadhan i didn't went out so much.. just went for breakfast twice with friends.. one with my closest frens, MD n lala.. the second time was with my uni mates.. it's always nice to meet up with all of them.. i'm not close to all of them but meeting up with them occasionally makes me happy.. catching up with the latest info of all.. who's getting married, just got a baby and etc... the last week of ramadhan I was busy baking cookies.. made 5 types of cookies - cornflakes, florentine, tart, choc chip and sis all time fav dahlia.. on eve of raya sis bake cakes and cupcakes.. On the last sunday of ramadhan, the whole family went out to breakfast.. it was a request by my lil bro.. so we went to dome.. thought of going to santini but the only serve local cuisine for the ramadhan buffet... so decided not to go there.. anyway dome's food was good.. on eve of syawal, me, ma, aunty and ahmad went to MJD... eventhough we know that it will be damn pack, we still went there as we need to get new floor mate.. alhamdulillah we manage to buy one ebenthough it was not the one that we really like.. at least there's something rather than nothing.. reach home back at 3am.. i was damn flat.. went to bed straight away.. woke up at 6.30am, went straight to teh kitchen.. made roti jala for breakfast.. did it half way and aunt took over.. went up 2 iron all the cloth and tudung.. by 11am, our neighbour drop by, followed by mom's fren.. sis came at 2pm... ma's fren stayed till 4pm, that was the time that we had our lunch.. hahahahaha... we always have late lunch as guest are always given the priority.. at 5plus, darren and claudine came.. followed by MD, her friend and syaz.. we lepak till isyak.. then MD left.. by then pa's fren came by and then jozzie n family came.. it was almost 10 went all the guest left.. this is how i celebrate my raya yearly.. oh this year my gang couldn't make it.. chf can't attend any celebration for a year, cac n ccm went outstation.. the only 1 left in kl was eve.. i know she will not come alone.. will arrange for another day for us to meet up... second day of raya, we went to banting.. this is a yearly affair for us to visit aunty norlida on the second day.. from banting we drop by at pa's cousin house for a while.. then went back home.. on friday, we thought of going to uncle arif house but it was raining heavily and lil princess was not feeling well.. so we just stayed at home.. on sat, me, ma n athama went to rembau.. met uncle arif there.. sis went back to her in law's home town.. met with uncle arif fam there.. spent time with them.. chit chat with fiera and lynn.. farah was funny.. it's nice to know the other side of fam which i didn't have the cahnce to get to know them before.. that night went out with MD.. came back home at 2am.. so on sunday i woke up a bit late.. wake up, had ketupat with MD.. then we lepak.. MD left back home at 7pm.. so that's was my syawal for this year..
