7 January 08on last sunday, i was planning to stay home and rest...Ma woke me up at 8++, as usual need to take her to the market....by the time we get home and i took my bath it was noon...was just sitting watching CSi when lala sms me...she asking if i could go with her to CM. last week she ordered something there...and MD sms me too saying that aunty is mumbling about the house. so i thought y not i go to CM with lala and from there we could go view some other house...so lala came to the house at about 4++...went to CM...walk around had our tea at old town white coffe...than about 6, we left back to ampang...we promise to meet up at the sri pinang...the unit is at 5th floor...it's a new house, so it's still nice and the house is ok....the rent is 850...the only thing is the distance from the house to the lrt...it's about 10-15mins walk...at it's going to be quite dark....from sri pinang, we went on to view palm villa...the unit is at 8th floor...the house is totally gone...i mean the previous tenant didn't take a good care of the house...the tiles, teh kitchen cabinet, the rooms...and the most surprising thing is that the previous tenant are 2 single ladies!!!! we were shock to know about it cause the damage it's like a family with lots of kid doing it....so lala didn't like the house at all....so they are left with sri pinang only...basically now they want to take the sri pinang unit....plan to move in by next month...everything was over by isyak...went back home, had my dinner and i left to KLIA to fetch my cousin...her flight was delayed and landed only at 11pm...by the time she check out it was about 11.20pm...from there went to sent her off at the college which is in mantin....by the time i get home, it was 1.30am....so basically now i'm feeling very sleepy and tired....ohh btw, i was browsing for the house to let in the net..found and advertisement on tulip apart...sms both of them on that...lala say she will call....so let see if they can get something cheaper and nearer than why not....just wait and c....till than take care....have a nice day....
7 January 2008Salam...hi...i had a busy weekend last week....on saturday, me, lala and MD went for housing searching...we went to view 3 houses...the first house was at kenari apartment...the house is a duplex apartment. the hall and kitchen is nice, well maintained...however the rooms and second floor was totally out. the toilet door, the flooring and etc...the owner couldn't be bothered to do any repair...and they try to negotiate on the price, she didn't want to, so sayonara to kenari apartment....the second house was at dahlia court. it's at the 8th floor...the house is nice, spacious and well maintain. it's partly furnish with kitchen cabinet, fridge, single bed in all 3 rooms, sofa and dining table...the rent is cheap too...750...the only thing is that the owner is a chinese and we think they do have a dog...so it was thinking time....so they thought why not we tell the agent we just want an empty apartment...we'll get our own furniture....but by the time we call to tell the agent, he said that the house is taken....well, it's a pity that we missed the good opportunity....the third house we went was at dahlia apartment...the area is not good, the house is not well maintain and everything wasn't not right...that's how i feel and luckily they feel the same...so that's it for our house searching....after viewing all the houses, we went to tesco as i need to get something for the house. we had lunch there at the kfc...after our lunch, we went around pandan jaya to check if there is any apartment to let...unfortunately it's all shop houses...so lala don't want it....at about 3++ we left to 1U...faizal will be performing at the AJL showcase...so MD thought of meeting up with him...we went there, saw them singing the competing song...MD had a serious chat with bong...it's was regarding Rc...and when i heard about 'kak lanun' remark about MD, i was piss off....she has no right to say whatever that she had say...i feel like sending her an email and telling her off....but i think MD has her own way in dealing with it...it's good that MD decided on the RC thing...no point being there...plus her work now is taking up all her time...at about 7++, we left to hartamas...MD was craving for the food at hartamas....and this is a good opportunity to bring lala around the area....this is her first time being there...so we went there had our dinner, chatted about our life...MD about weird and idiot and lala with A....the best thing is both have them are in the same situation...'teman tapi mesra'...MD did sms weird but he didn't reply...MD call idiot...they talk for about half an hour...i like that....we were there till 10pm...by the time A arrive we left...lala and A went to lepak at BB...me and MD went back home....so that's howi spent my weekend....btw, we plan to go pd on third week of the month...MD ask idiot if he want to join us...and he say yes...but again knowing idiot, we know his yes can't be trusted...oh yeah btw, idiot told MD that there's no women in his life now....i was happy to hear that...but how true it is??? i just hope that he is not lying....if it's true that he is single, than i don't c any reason for MD to distance herself from idoit.....MD, give him a chance....eventhough u don't miss him as much as u do b4 and the feeling is not that strong anymore but i he is still in ur heart....u have kept him safelt there.....just pray and hope for the best for both of them....love you ladies!!!!
